The example of the meditation music comparing to Kairos has to do with Kairos not meaning the simple element of "time," but meaning the quality of time and finding the perfect moment to deliver a specific message. Music in any form displays Kairos, finding the perfect moments to deliver its message, also having to do with its ethos. Meditation music is meant to put your mind into a rhythm. It syncs your brainwaves into a unified rhythm, taking the perfect moment and dealing with the quality of time to put your mind into a full meditation or state of being zen.
The term Karios definitively stands for "a propitious moment for decision or action." Kairos is known as the opportunity of time in a setting of various situations.
A modern day example of Kairosis the movie "Her" from 2013. The film displays problems with isolation and how technology takes you away from human interaction. The opportunity for Kairos has to do with the movie coming out in the time era where smartphones and technology overall is advancing as a whole, seeing as it can cause questions to rise about our future in the 21st century having to do with technology and our society as a whole. Considering our modern society deals with things such as films, music, and media, it is our quality of time that generates the curiosity and quality of the media. Overall, the new technology and form of media is our form of writing in the 21st century.
